He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Lee and Juanita Blanche Harmes (Sayles); his sister Deb Parshall; and his brother-in-law Bill Martin. He is survived by : his wife Delsie Harmes of Waterloo; his children, Tonia (Kenny Haskins), Justin (Brooke Harmes) and Dustin (Meagan Harmes); his grandchildren, Jayde, Haylee Haskins, Baylea, Walker, Lillie, Averie Harmes, Heidi, Meadow and Ryker Harmes; and his siblings, Linda Martin of Kendallville and Mark Harmes of Corunna.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, June 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home (875 S Wayne St, Waterloo, IN 46793). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
