She is survived by: her mother Ruth Reinhart (David Yambert) of Fostoria; her sons, Michael Lewis (Sara) of Butler and Matthew Lewis (Samantha) of Waterloo, Indiana; her stepmother Marilyn Mitchem of Fostoria; her siblings, Deborah Ginnever of Westerville and Brad Koepher of New Riegel; and her grandchildren, Connor, Ayden, Raelynn, Alyvia, Jordan and Gabriella.
