He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Cody and Lee Cody (Sumner); and his brothers, Ricky Combs and Scott Combs. He is survived by: his children, Terrence Combs (Felicia) of Waterloo, Shelby Combs of Angola and Felisha Howell (Wayne) of Columbus Grove, Ohio; his siblings, Robin Cody of Fort Wayne, Karen Vance (Rick) of Ohio, Tina Cody (Tom) of Ohio, Lori Hanshaw (Mike) of South Carolina, Bill Cody of Ohio and Timmy Cody (Terri) of California; and his close friend Timmy Price of Avilla. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
