With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack W. Cook of Waterloo, Indiana, born in Garrett, Indiana, who passed away on February 14, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Cook and Joan Cook (Swartz). He is survived by: his wife Marsha Cook of Waterloo; his children, Shawn (Gene Clifford), Theresia (John Mansfield) and Peter (Connie Cook); his grandchildren, Nick Ley, Michael Ley, Madison Ley, Fox Clifford, Tyger Clifford, Jaguar Clifford, Casey Cook, Leslee Cook and Jessee Cook; his brother Thomas "T. C." Cook (Penny Griffin) of Auburn; his niece Tessa Cook of Longwood, Florida; his nephew Rex Cook of Longwood, Florida.; and his caregiver Chaplain Tom Novi. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
