He was predeceased by: his brother Rodney; and his father Jay Moore. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Moore (Borske) of Waterloo; his mother Ann Vose; his stepparents, Phil Vose of Butler and Shirley Moore of Kendallville; his sons, Chanse Moore of Waterloo, Alex Moore of Toledo and Brock Mollett; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Kipp of Lansing, Michigan.; his daughter Brianna; his son-in-law James Barrera of Fort Wayne; and his sister-in-law Rhonda Moore of Butler.
Per the Governor Holcomb's mandate, face coverings and social distancing will be required.
