He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Conley and Madaline Conley (Curry); his wife Brenda Kay Barnett; and his sons, Tommy Ray Conley and James Lee Conley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Virginia Fuentes (Lorenzo) of Angola, Marilyn Cruz (Luz) of Nashville and Kimberly Briskey (Devin) of Waterloo, Indiana. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
