He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Smith of Waterloo; his daughters, Pam Wishmeyer of Indianapolis and Karen; his son-in-law Rick Roark of Waterloo; his daughter Paula; his son-in-law Chris Kappes of Libertyville, Illinois.; his son Larry; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Smith of Waterloo; and his grandchildren, Shayla (Chris Jacobs), Dustin (Madde Wishmeyer), Kyle Roark, Sabrina (Jeff Hermansen), Kayla (Garrett Mitchell), Derek (Allie Kappes), Kadre (Larry Pershing), Jason Kappes, Jill (TJ Fletcher), Myles (Abbie Smith), Spenser (Leslee Smith) and Dylan Smith.
