He is survived by: his parents, H. Paul Haberly Jr. and Carol Lockwood Haberly of Fort Wayne, IN; his wife Amy Haberly (Witmer) of Waterloo, IN; his children, Nicholas Haberly (Kelsey) of Fort Drum, NY, Elizabeth Warner (Bryce) of Memphis, TN and Jacob Haberly of Fort Wayne, IN; and his brother James Haberly (Melissa) of Fort Wayne, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
