He is survived by: his grandchildren, Sierra Patterson, Bradley Milton (Tisha), Maribeth Seibert (Chris), Christian Andis, Emma Andis, Audrey Hosier (Layton Mitchell), Addison Fulton, Ayana Fulton and Aydan Fulton; his great grandchildren, Emelyn Milton, Carter Milton and Becca Seibert; his siblings, Fred White (Brenda) of Sumner, Illinois and Barbara White Riker (Jeff) of Washington; and his grandson Austin Hosier.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Butch's name to the Free Methodist Church, 1155 Troy Road, Washington, Indiana 47501.
