He is survived by: his wife Helen Jackson (Fleming); his sons, Joe Lewellen (Ruthie) of New Washington, Scott Lewellen (Robin) of Pekin and Michael Lewellen of Pekin; and his brothers, Ted Jackson of Corbin, Jimmy Jackson (Alice Fitzgerald) of Sellersburg and Troy Jackson (Sherri) of Borden.
