He is survived by: his wife Donna Gaines of Washington; his children, Michael Lee Gaines (Kim) of Washington and Vanessa Ann Smith (Bobby) of Washington; his stepchildren, Elizabeth Jean Meier, Stephen Anthony Seivers and Ciara Smith; his grandchildren, Brandy Nicole Small, Colton Matthew Small and Nickolas Michael Gaines; and his great grandchild Jadelynn.
