She was predeceased by: her father Philip Bennington; and her brother Tony Bennington. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lainie Donaldson, Carli Huff and Jase Huff; her siblings, Suzan Conklin (Kerry) of Fishers, Tim Bennington (Barbara) of Washington and Tom Bennington (Tracy) of Washington; and her pet Loki. She is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tami's name to either the Red Barn Rescue at 2109 North 75 East, Washington, Indiana 47501; or to Friends for Animals at PO Box 402, Washington, Indiana 47501.
