It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Dugger of Washington, Indiana, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Susan Dugger to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe H. Helton and Minerva J. Helton (Clouse); her former husband Elmer Hubbard; and her husband Alonzo W. Dugger. She is survived by: her daughters, Maxine Perry (Danny) of Knoxville and Lorene Stewart (Homer) of Salem; her stepdaughters, Rosie Lee, Patty Maness (Bill) of Burlington, Ruby Purdue (Glen) of Bloomington and Faye Droud of Ft. Myers, Florida; her sons, Charles Hubbard (Bobbie) of Austin, Larry Hubbard (Linda) of Salem and John Dugger (Rhonda) of Bedford; her stepsons, Willis Dugger of Sebastian and Morris Dugger (Barbara) of Ft. Pierce, Florida; and her sister Sally Hager of Maynardville, Tennessee. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.
