She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson J. Russell and C. Mabel Russell; her husband Paul D. Ballengee; and her siblings, Janet Drew, Delores Colbert and Don Russell.
She is survived by: her son Erik Ballengee (Amanda) of Union Furnace, OH; her granddaughter Emma Ballengee; and her sister Donna Fancher (Fred) of Louisville, KY..
