She was predeceased by: her father William Johanningsmeier; her former husband Douglas Mize Sr.; her son Douglas Mize Jr.; and her brother Tony Ray Johanningsmeier. She is survived by: her pet Chance; her children, Brett Mize (Carrie) of Atlanta, IN, Melissa Murray (Terry) of Washington and Steve Mize (Carma Rude) of Washington, IN; and her grandchildren, Jeff Mize, Blake Mize (Madison), Paige Quinn Drew (Chris), Brittany Murray, Justin Mize, Kaitlyn Mize and Addison Mize. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
