He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Anderson and Beatrice Anderson (Dobson); his wives, Frances D. Anderson and Janice Anderson; his daughters, Teresa Elaine and Rebecca Diane; and his brothers, Vanus E. Anderson, Vernon L. Anderson and Garner F. Anderson.
He is survived by: his children, Jay Anderson of Elnora, Roberta F. Young (Robert) of Owensburg, Nancy Butcher (Bob) of Loogootee and Vicki L. Meek (Larry) of Odon; and his sisters, Beatrice L. Bailey, Betty and Juanita. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
