He is survived by: his wife Marlene Fields; his sons, Richard Dean Fields (Jane), Donald Wayne Fields (Kathy) and Mark Scott Fields (Linda); his stepson John Fletcher (Lori); his grandchildren, Spencer Fields (Kaitlin) and Jennifer Fields Lawrence (Trevor); and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Abby, Lucas and Ava.
