He was predeceased by: his mother Catherine I. Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jensen (Hill); his children, Sheryl Manning (Kevin), Lisa Tynes (Don), Trela Herman (Kurt) and Thomas Jensen (Penny); and his siblings, Carolyn Cambridge, Judith Walden and Gerald Jensen (Beverly).

Memorial contributions may be made to Friedens United Church of Christ.
