It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis M. Miles (Washington, Indiana), who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Nolan and Mary Nolan (O'Brien); her husband Thomas J. "Tommy" Miles; and her brothers, Mike Nolan and Phil Nolan.
She is survived by: her children, Gretchen Miles of Washington and Brad Miles of Indianapolis; her sister MaryLou Nolan of Indianapolis; and her brother-in-law Johnny Miles of Washington.
The Miles family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Washington High School Athletic Department, 608 E. Walnut St., Washington, IN 47501. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Phyllis M. Miles 's name.
