She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fredrick Mangin and Elizabeth Mangin (Branaman); her husband John Briggeman; her children, Edwin Briggeman (Mendee) of Indianapolis, Anita Dunt (Gary) of Washington, Karla Mahan (Jack) of Washington and Amy Schmitz (Dale) of Washington; her grandchildren, Courtney Watkins, Jamie Watkins, Matthew Mahan, Emily Mahan, Shane Briggeman, Ethan Briggeman, Madeline Briggeman, Eric Briggeman, Paige Schmitz and Calliope Schmitz; her great grandchildren, Sean, Xavier, Magdalene and Kolton; and her sisters, Lynn Burkhardt (Rob) of Louisville, Patricia Adams of Evansville and Charlotte Keiser.
The family suggests that donations can be made in Phyllis' memory to Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, or to the charity of one's choice.
