We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2020, at the age of 63, Philip Sullivan of Washington, Indiana, born in Salem, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Ernest R. Sullivan; and his brother Johnny. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn A. Sullivan (Maudlin) of Salem; his sons, Nyle Sullivan (Kristie) of Scottsburg and Dusty Sullivan of Salem; his sisters, Carol S. Sullivan of Salem and Sherri B. Purkhiser (Greg) of Pekin; his close friend Betty J. Goss of Salem; and his sister-in-law Lea Ann Sullivan of Salem. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
