We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2020, at the age of 77, Paul J. Fraley in Washington, Indiana, born in Beattyville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Fraley and Lillian Fraley; his wife Barbara Fraley; and his siblings, Roger Fraley, Louise Fraley, Willis Fraley and Shirley Fraley.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Bailey (Ronald Wampler), Donna Cole (Patrick) and Paul Fraley (Kristi); his stepchildren, Vicki Alexander and Michele Cardillo (Michael); his grandchildren, Ashlee Adams (Neal), Danielle Cole, Cassidy Cole, Lilli Cole and Blake Fraley; his great grandchildren, Tynslee and Korbyn Adams; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
