He is survived by: his children, David Blevins of Salem, Lisa Davidson (Mark), Amber Lee (Scott) of Salem and Tina Blevins of Ohio; his stepson William Warren of Northpoint, Florida; and his sisters, Betty Potts of Salem, Margaret Hawes of Salem and Robin Deaton (Richard) of Salem. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
