She is survived by: her parents, Larry Floyd of Campbellsburg and Pamela Floyd (Bennett) of Campbellsburg; her daughters, Danielle Coleman of Campbellsburg, Hannah Coleman (Lane Smith) of Jeffersonville, Isabella McCarty of Jeffersonville and Rihanna Johnson of Salem; and her granddaughter Samantha Coleman.
