He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold Mullen and Agnes Harter Mullen; and his siblings, Mark Mullen (Shirley), Greg Mullen (Debbie) and Judy Mullen Winklepleck (Roy).
He is survived by: his brothers, Ray Mullen (Betsy) of Umatilla and Dennis Mullen (Debbie) of Brazil; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Mullen, Debbie Mullen and Roy Winklepleck.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks the memorial contributions to be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
