She was predeceased by: her father Edward George Kupper. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Ann Fulkerson (Lauderdale); her husband Charles "Chuck" Garrett of Washington; her daughter Kabrea Buschkoetter (Doug) of Huntingburg; her stepdaughters, Heather Elliot (Matt) of Washington and Sally Dent (Kevin) of Los Cruses; and her siblings, Suzette Bolin (Doug), Rachel and Gabriel Kupper (Sherry) of Augusta.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nass & Son Funeral Home (208 Main St, Huntingburg, IN 47542). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
