He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Nancy Louise O'Con (Thacker); his sister Cheryl Lynn Moore of Winchester, Virginia; his nephews, Robert Furr of Cape Coral and Jonathan Moore of Winchester, Virginia.; and his parent Dallas Lee Ruminer.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Ed Lee Mortuary North Chapel (620 E Viola Ave, Washington, IN 47501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
