She is survived by: her children, Connie Collins Matas and Richard Collins (Gail); and her grandchildren, Robin DeTrude (Kevin), Chelsea Collins (Brian Rodick), Blythe Logan (Zach), Thomas Janes II and Christopher Collins (Danielle Courrier).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ascension St Vincent's Hospital or the Indianapolis Humane Society.
