She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Simmons and Arbutis Sharp Simmons (Toots); her husband Jerry Rowe; her daughters, Tammy Field (Tom) and Thessia Rowe; and her brother Deforrest Simmons (Wrex).
She is survived by: her children, Deannda, Melissa Rowe (Misty) of Washington and Brandon Rowe of Washington; her grandson Tanner Hill of Washington; and her siblings, Dixie Hale (Gerald) of Portage, Connie Lee (George) of Winslow, Vickie Colvin of Otwell, Rhonda Warner (Brett) of Petersburg and Lanny Simmons (Brenda) of Winslow.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a service will be at a later date, with burial in Williams Cemetery.
