He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph H. Keith and Esther Keith (Fleenor); and his sister Shirley Keith. He is survived by: his wife Sue Keith; his children, Erica Bynum (Mike), Jordan Keith (Krissy) and Andy Keith; and his grandson Nolan Adamson.
