He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross W. and Mary E. Potts (Hayden); his wife Millie; and his siblings, Lowell, Herbert, Orris, Margaret and Annette Potts.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Potts of Washington and Kim Van Lue (Dustin) of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Lindsay Potts, Brittany Potts, Dawson Potts, Samuel Van Lue, Benjamin Van Lue and Ally Potts; his great grandchild Iridessa Potts; and his siblings, Robert Potts (Donna), Curtis Potts (Lavon), Linda Schifano and Carol Ragsdale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A masonic service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 3:45 PM at the Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home (2020 State St, Washington, IN 47501). Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Les.
