He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Adams (Hayes); his children, George Warren (Darlene) of Salem, Holly Benningfield (Donnie) of Bullitt County and Stacy Murphy (Woody) of Louisville; his granddaughter Blanch Warren; and also Jennifer Smith. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
