He is survived by: his significant other Kimberly McDowell; his children, Angela Mullin (Darel Reed), Andrea McDowell (Donail Walker), Desiree McDowell, Zaylen Rutherford, Braylynn McDowell, Gracelynn Rutherford, Amy Rutherford (Craig Perry) and Justice Rutherford (Brandon Murphy); his grandchildren, Miles, Owen, Felicity Mullin, Isaiah, Arieanna, Elijah Walker, Haley McDowell, Avet Fremin, Lydell Perry, Joshua Rutherford, Olivia Rutherford, Leia Perry, Jaydon Johnson, Azyah Cases and Kamden Murphy; his great grandchild Khalia Johnson; and his brother Ken McDowell (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
