She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Petty and Opal Petty (Sims); her husband Richard "Dick" Wininger; her sons, Alan Wininger of Washington and Artie Wininger (Melody) of Washington; her grandchildren, Kale Matthew Wininger, Bailey Wininger, Lauren Wininger and Zachary Wininger (Casey); her siblings, Margie Taylor (Doug) of Princeton, Patti Halbert (Steve), Connie Farren of Emison, Johnny Petty (Judy) of Washington, Gordon Petty (Mabel) of Oak Town and Denny Petty of Washington; her sons, Matthew Wininger and Mark Wininger; and her sister Marlene Brown.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Jackie's memory to the Helping Hearts Hospice, 1314 East Walnut Street, Washington, Indiana 47501.
