She is survived by: her children, Jeff Neukam (Cathy), Audie L. Neukam (Lisa), Scott Neukam (Dana L.), Bob Neukam (Jana), Angie Neukam and Mary Beth Fleck; her grandchildren, Ashley Hughes, Erika Neukam, Whitney Andrew, Britany Shaw, Chelsee Eyer, Ashley Clements, Jordan Beamon, Shae Neukam, William Dillman, Alleigh Dillman, Jeffery Coy and Austin Carroll Neukam Monette; and her siblings, Kenny Fields (Jane), Sharon Choates and Debbie Breda.
