He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Omer Briggeman and Helen Briggeman (Linne); his wife Phyllis Briggeman (Mangin); his children, Edwin Briggeman (Mendee) of Indianapolis, Anita Dunt (Gary) of Washington, Karla Mahan (Jack) of Washington and Amy Schmitz (Dale) of Petersburg; his brother Larry Briggeman (Bev) of Washington; and his grandchildren, Courtney Watkins, Jamie Watkins, Matthew Mahan, Emily Mahan, Shane Briggeman, Ethan Briggeman, Madeline Briggeman, Eric Briggeman, Paige Schmitz and Calliope Schmitz. He was also cherished by four great-grandchildren.
