It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of JoAnn Dayton (Washington, Indiana), born in Washington, Kentucky, who passed away on January 14, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph A. "Doc" GeLarden and Jesse GeLarden (Crecelius). She is survived by: her husband Don Dayton of Washington; her children, Keith Dayton (Donna) of Ellettsville, IN, Karen Bissey, Bob Krueger of Washington and Steve Dayton (Virginia) of Washington; and her brother Joe GeLarden of Evansville, IN. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren.
She also was a member of RSVP and volunteered as a Pink Lady at Daviess Community Hospital.
The Dayton family requests contributions be made in lieu of flowers to the Alzheimer's Association.
