He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Sullivan and Opal Sullivan (Charles); his wife Myra Sue Sullivan; his uncle Dude Sullivan of Washington; his siblings, Darrell Sullivan of Bicknell and Lola Page of Washington; his friends, Morgan Prewett, John Orchard and Tony Page; his daughter Laura Kamplain; his niece Amy Sullivan; and his brothers, Donald and David Sullivan.
