He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Weir (Loy); his children, Sherri Sevier of Salem, Norma Vuckson of Salem, Julie White of Salem, Peggy Vincent of Salem, Terri Hounshell of Scottsburg, James Ward Weir Jr. and Dennis Ryan Weir of Salem; and his sister Sharon Miller of Scottsburg. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, several step grandchildren, several great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
