He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace D. Eberhart and Lillian Eberhart (Stansberry); and his sister Joan Eberhart. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Juillerat; his children, Debra Wilkinson (Rex) of South Whitley, Dennis Eberhart (Cheryl) of South Whitley and Dianne Amburgy (Daniel) of South Whitley; and his grandchildren, Rita Rogers (Levi), Lisa Engle (Jonathon), Randall Wilkinson (Jamie), Julie Fernandez (Ryan), Tyson Crain (Amy), Ashley Williamson, Tara Thornburg (Colin) and Chris Amburgy (Pamela). He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
A supporter of the American Red Cross blood donation, he provided transportation for the local Amish community to the church donation site and others who needed transportation.
