He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Mullen and Doris M. Mullen (Holt); and his brother Stephen Mullen. He is survived by: his daughters, Krystal Mullen (Lukus Atkins) of Vincennes and Shawna Mullen of Indianapolis; and his brothers, Larry Mullen (Patty) of Washington and Pat Mullen (Brenda) of Washington. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
