It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Thacker of Washington, Indiana, born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on November 30, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Everett Thacker and Othea J. Davis (McDaniel); and his brothers, Charles Thacker of James Everett, II and Wendell Thacker. He is survived by: his siblings, Sherri Mays (Scotty) of Princeton, Sheila Zink (Terry) of Patoka, Sandra Brines of Princeton, Shane Thacker (Sara) of Lebanon, Jamie Ratliff of Huntington and Charlsie Young of Kentucky; and his close friends, Gwen and Kevin Petty of North Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, one great-great-niece.
