Gordon Cornelius Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gordon Cornelius of Washington, Indiana, born in Plainville, Indiana, who passed away on December 2, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Cornelius and Helen Cornelius (Edwards); his wife Roberta Cornelius (King); and his son Mark Cornelius. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Meade (Terry) and Kenneth Cornelius (Linda); his brother Gerry Cornelius; and his close friend Christina Hembree. He is also survived by 5 grandsons; 5 great-grandsons; and 5 great-granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Saturday, at Gill Funeral Home, but will be private due to the ongoing threat of (Covid-19).
