He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Gilstrap and Lois A. Gilstrap (Box); and his siblings, Rodney, Nicky, Lonnie, Lannie Gilstrap, Christy Elaine Gilstrap and Cindy R. Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Harley, Waylon Gilstrap of Salem, Jessica Gilstrap of Jeffersonville and Kaitlyn Lamb of Salem; and his siblings, Tia Hatcher of Pekin and Tony Gilstrap of Salem. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
