It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Edmond Fulcher of Washington, Indiana, who passed away on April 5, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ernest and Lorena Madge Fulcher (Foster); his sisters, Shirley Wininger, Mary Falls, Carolyn Thompson-Hensley and Dorothy Powers; and his grandson Judah Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Fulcher (Fettinger) of Washington, IN; his children, Steve Fulcher (Karen) of Oakland City, IN and Pam Albrecht (Fred) of Washington, IN; his grandchildren, Allyson Fulcher-Joyce, Blake Albrecht and Ashlee Shevchenko; and his great grandchildren, Zoe Joyce, Alexi Hicks, Caleb Hicks, Liza Joyce, Jase Joyce and Franki Shevchenko.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home (2020 State St, Washington, IN 47501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made directly to the IU Health Simon Cancer Center, in Indianapolis, IN. Donation envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
