He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Adolf Horsting; his wife Teresa Ellen Horsting (Devine) of Washington; his sons, Jeff Horsting (Debbie) of St. Anthony, Larry Horsting (Heather) of Washington and Ben Horsting (Melinda) of Washington; his stepdaughters, Barbara Tennant (Mike) of Plainville and Jessica Batchelor of Washington; his siblings, Bob Horsting (Marilyn) of Shoals, Joyce Ashcraft (Mark) of Vincennes and Patty Melvin (Jerry) of Washington; his mother Agnes Horsting Mandabach (Mattingly); his stepfather Clarence Mandabach; and his siblings, Walter Horsting, Jerry Horsting, Donald Eugene Horsting, Rita Martin and Betty Williams.
