She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore J. Radford and Mary Helen Radford (Benton); her husband Donald J. Arthur; and her son Robert "Bobby" J. Arthur. She is survived by: her children, Linda Weinberg (Mark) of Tucson, AZ, Brenda Arthur of Youngstown, OH, Donald Arthur of Washington, IN and Brian Charles Arthur; her brother Jess Radford of Mooresville, IN; her grandsons, David Hargrove, Eric Hargrove (Shawna) and Robert Arthur; and her great grandchildren, Nathan Hargrove, Giovanni Hargrove and Ryan Hargrove.
