He is survived by: his wife Kathleen May (Boroughs); his sons, Lee DeForest May of Bloomfield and Vincent Brett May of Washington; and his siblings, Asil May of Washington, Naomi Thomas of Washington, Nina Way of Washington, Carol Rediger of Washington and Vera Armes of Florida. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
