He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sullivan and Lillie Sullivan (Deaton); and his brothers, Ernie, James and Boyd Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Sullivan (Brown); his children, Lea Ann Lloyd (Tim) of Salem, Indiana, Lindsay Rode (Brett) of Brownsburg, Indiana and Greg Sullivan (Shannon) of Salem, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Jordan, Tyler Hobson, Jalen, Jeron Sullivan, Hayden and Ayla Rode; and his great grandchild Ava Beth Hobson.
