We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2025, at the age of 93, Donald B. O'Brian Sr. (Washington, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Donald may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James C. O'Brian and Etta O'Brian (Clements); his children, Rick Miller (Rhonda) of Pittsboro, Debra LaRussa (Gail Levenson) of Fountaintown, Dawn Sowers (Keith) of Ladoga, Renee Merrit (George) of Pittsboro and Donald "Dusty" O'Brian, Jr.; and his brothers, Robert O'Brian and Chris O'Brian.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Peter Catholic Church (305 2nd St, Montgomery, IN 47558). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
